The Department of Finance has announced that plans to bring the Pay and file deadline date forward have been postponed for 2014.
The plan to change the date arose as the budget has been moved from its traditional date in December to October.
The file and pay deadline for 2013 was 31st October which was after the budget had been announced.
The new dates being considered were 30th June or 30th September. Due to intense lobbying from the SME sector they have postponed the change until 2015 at the earliest.
