Companies will not be given 14 days where B1  signature page is not signed.

The Companies Registration Office have announced that from 1st April 2018,  form B1 will be automatically rejected where the B1 signature page or overall certificate is not signed or if it has only one signature. A new annual return must be captured, financial statements uploaded and a new signature page delivered to the Companies Registration Office. If the new return is sent in more than 28 days after the Companies Annual return date, the B1 will be late.

The Companies Registration Office have also announced that, from 1st April 2018, financial statements must be uploaded prior to sending in the signed signature page to the CRO. Companies will not be given 14 days to upload the financial statements.
